    • Performance Diagnosis: Diagnose and estimate a repair for the customer's stated symptom
    • We found stored regen codes but not current. We cleared the codes. Manual regen not allowed. We ran dpf calculated soot test and found 5 grams. This is very low. We test drove on extended drive and monitored while driving. everything is within spec and it appears the vehicle finished automatic regen. No codes are returning.

    • Change engine oil and oil filter. Lubricate applicable suspension components. Perform basic maintenance inspection, including accessible fluid levels and filters. Adjust tire pressures to specification.

    • the rear brakes are due for replacement and only have 2.5 mm remaining, the front brakes have 9mm remaining and are ok. We would recommend to perform a brake adjust in the rear. The transmission fluid is recommended to be flushed due to condition, diesel induction service due every 30,000 miles.

    • We found code P0870 – OD Hydraulic Pressure Test/Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch "C". We were unable to duplicate the transmission shifting concerns. We inspected the transmission fluid level and condition. We found the fluid is slightly low and dark. As the first step we recommend removing the transmission pan inspecting for debris and replacing the filter, and fluid. A plugged filter can cause this concern.

    • We scanned and found 2 codes in the computer system. Code P0706 – Transmission Range Sensor Rationality, and P0420 – Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1. These codes pertain to two different areas of the vehicle and will require their own diagnostic procedures. We tested for code P0420. While test driving we monitored the oxygen sensors and found the are cycling together indicating the converter has lost its ability to store oxygen. We recommend replacing the right side/firewall side converter. For code P0706 we monitored the operation of the sensor and found it is working properly at this time. This concern appears to be intermittent. If the code returns we will recommend replacing the transmission range sensor.
    • Change engine oil and oil filter. Lubricate applicable suspension components. Perform basic maintenance inspection, including accessible fluid levels and filters. Adjust tire pressures to specification.
    • Complete Maintenance Inspection -Recommended annually or at 15,000 mile intervals
    • We found the left headlight, right tail light, and one of the license plate light bulbs are not working, recommend replacing the light bulbs as the first step. The coolant level was at the minimum mark. We topped off the coolant and did not see an obvious leak at this time. We recommend monitoring the coolant level and return if the level drops again. The front brake pads have 7 mm remaining and are wearing evenly. The rear brakes have 8 mm remaining and are wearing evenly. The right front tire has 5/32" remaining while the other tires are 10/32"
    • HEADLAMP BULB – Remove & Replace – Left
    • TAIL LAMP BULB – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Tail Lamp Assembly.]
    • LICENSE PLATE BULB – Remove & Replace
    • Electrical Wiring Diagnosis -Test and advise on repairs for the stated symptom. *Additional diagnosis may be needed for some repairs
    • Unable to Duplicate Symptom at this time -Recommend the customer return when the symptom is present
    • Complimentary Inspection (Visual): Advise on obvious mechanical concerns. Estimate obvious repairs, or diagnosis needed
    • We confirmed the customer's concern. We found a nail in the right rear tire. We repaired the tire and verified the proper tire pressure in all of the tires.
    • Door / Window Diagnosis -Determine cause of non-functional power windows, door handles, etc.
    • We replaced the damaged interior handle and were able to get the door to open from the inside. We lubricated the striker and latch and found the exterior handle will release but only when using excessive force. We inspected further and found the lower release cable is damaged. We recommend replacing the damaged cable.
    • DOOR HANDLE – Remove & Replace – Sliding Doors,Outside,Right or Left – [DOES NOT include refinishing (where applicable).]
    • CATALYTIC CONVERTER – Remove & Replace – Maniverter,Right Side,(Rear)
