    • Noise Diagnosis -Perform minor disassembly where applicable, rack vehicle where applicable, and advise on the customer's noise concern. *Further diagnosis may be needed for some concerns
    • We confirmed the customer's concern. We removed the primary belt and the noise was still present. We removed the fan belt and found the noise went away. We inspected the pulleys and tensioner. We found the fan belt tensioner is faulty and will need to be replaced. We recommend replacing the belts along with the tensioner.
    • WATER PUMP DRIVE BELT TENSIONER – Remove & Replace – Diesel Auxiliary – [Includes: Drain and refill Cooling System. Includes: R&I Air Cleaner.] – [Includes: Replace Belt (if necessary).]
    • Replace primary belt tensioner and belt. Replace water pump belt tensioner and belt. Road test.
    • At 60,000 miles it is recommended to replace the transmission filters and transmission fluid for maintenance. The fuel filter is recommended to be replaced every 30,000 miles for maintenance. We recommend performing a fuel injection service and induction service every 30,000 miles for maintenance. The manufacturer recommends performing a full maintenance inspection of the vehicle every 15,000 miles. The transfer case fluid is recommended to be replaced every 45,000 miles for maintenance.

    • We found code P0336 crank sensor out of range, P0343 and P0342 crank sensor codes, we found the sensor is failing and will need replaced and then retest. We found P0443 for evaporative purge fault, Po499 evaporative vent fault. Additional diagnosis would be needed.
    • Brake Inspection: Remove wheels and inspect braking system for wear and mechanical function. Rotate tires if due by wear. *Inspection fee waived if brake work at the wheels is peformed while wheels are removed.
    • the front brakes have 10mm left and 8mm right, the calipers, pads and rotors would need replaced due to uneven wear, the rear brake pads have 3mm remaining and need replaced. The hydroboost is leaking and needs replaced,
    • 4X4 Performance Diagnosis: Diagnose and estimate a repair for the customer's stated symptom
    • We found code c0327 encoder, b0790 transfer case neutral circuit fault, B2725 active transfer case mode switch fault. The transfer case encoder motor will need replaced and the transfer case selector switch, the front drive line is missing and would need to be installed, rear drive line u-joints are bad and need replaced. the left front cv axle is bad and would need replaced. the transfer case is leaking and would need to be sent out for overhaul and reseal
    • Complete Maintenance Inspection -Recommended annually or at 15,000 mile intervals
    • engine oil is due for change, the passenger window washer is not working, the wiper blades need to be replaced, spark plugs and wires are due to be replaced by mileage, the power steering fluid is due for flush,The rear differential is leaking at the pinion seal and the differential is very noisy. the differential will need to be overhauled, the rear shocks are leaking, the transfer case is leaking and would need to be overhauled, the transmission pan gasket is leaking, the rear drive light joints are bad, the right front output and left front output seals are leaking, front differential and transfer case fluids are due for service, the front shocks are leaking, the oil pan gasket is leaking, the oil cooler line block off plate gasket is leaking, the rear main seal is leaking, the transmission cooler lines are leaking, the right exhaust manifold is leaking and has at least one broken bolt that would need to be extracted when replacing the manifold, ther rear heater hose lines are leaking due to the transmission dipstick rubbing a hose through the pipes, the quick connects on the heater hoses leak and would need replaced, the a/c belt is cracked and needs replaced, the ignition switch and key are hard to turn and would need diagnosed, the right front maker light is out, the right front fog light is out, the left license plate bulb is out.
