- Overheat Diagnosis: Verify cooling system hydrocarbon level, proper coolant flow, and pressure test the system as needed. *Additional electrical testing may be needed for some concerns
- The cooling fans operate when commanded by the scanner. We are finding no leaks. The thermostat is not opening correctly and should be replaced along with the radiator cap. The cap is not holding pressure.
- spark plugs are due to be replaced every 30,000 miles, the rea struts are leaking and need replaced, the oil pan gasket is leaking and needs resealed, the exhaust manifold is cracked and leaking.
- THERMOSTAT HOUSING – Remove & Replace – Mfr Body CD MK Primary
