- Performance Diagnosis: Diagnose and estimate a repair for the customer's stated symptom
- We confirmed the customer's concern. The turbo is not building boost. We inspected and found the silicon boot between the intercooler and cold air charge pipe has a hole in it. We need to replace the boot as the first step.
- Due to the condition of the fluid we recommend performing a brake fluid flush and a power steering fluid flush. Every 30,000 miles we recommend replacing the fuel filters, performing an induction service and cleaning the MAF sensor for maintenance.
- CHARGE AIR COOLER HOSE – Remove & Replace – Diesel Cooler Tube
- Brake Hydraulic System Flush
- Power Steering System Flush
- FUEL FILTER – Remove & Replace – Diesel Both – [Includes: Bleed System.]
- Clean intake system with BG induction cleaning system.
- Mass Air-Flow Sensor Service -Disassemble Air Mass Meter and clean sensor filament/s as needed
- Change engine oil and oil filter. Lubricate applicable suspension components. Perform basic maintenance inspection, including accessible fluid levels and filters. Adjust tire pressures to specification.
